At each season’s premiere of American Horror Story, fans always expect to be surprised. They even keep with the expectation that the new season will surpass the previous one. American Horror Story is attractive but funny mayhem at the same time. Also, this series is considered groundbreaking and has a compelling anthology format. For example, here they intervene from vampires to murderous clowns.
American Horror Story: Double Feature is coming. But, in the meantime through this post, we will review the first nine seasons.
Cult, season 7
In 2017, all the media tried to count on the election of President Trump. So, this is the straight line to the most politically involved season of American Horror Story. In fact, this season is ill-conceived at best. And at worst, it’s tacky and boring at the same time.
There are fans who clarify that they could not survive even the first chapter. They even state that when Evan Peters appears smearing Cheeto powder on his face, they were disappointed. Within this season it should also be noted that Ryan Murphy has never been and will never be known for being subtle.

Roanoke, Season 6 – American Horror Story
Roanoke follows a couple who move into a haunted house located in North Carolina. Then, both people tell their paranormal experiences to a team that makes documentaries. Later, this story turns into a movie where Sarah Paulson is the main character.
On the other hand, Sarah recently mentioned that she feels trapped. Due to contractual agreements when he participated in that season of AHS. Overall, this is not a lousy season. But, it is not considered one of the most fun and includes fewer risks.

Hotel, season 5
This season it was a mixed bag. Because at that time the program received criticism of different kinds. However, one of the highlights was the appearance of Lady Gaga. She played The Countess, a glamorous vampire who lives at the Hotel Cortez. Hotel is inspired by the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles and it is about a dark and intense season. In addition, it includes assassins such as The Night Stalker, John Wayne Gacy, Aileen Wournos, among others.
Hotel is a visually striking and surprising season. But, this one falls apart trying to include too many stories. At the same time, this one has no real scares and the style has no substance.
Freak Show, Season 4 – American Horror Story
Freak show is a turning point for AHS. In fact, this was the last season where Jessica Lange participated in a leading role. Freak show takes place in 1950 and focuses on Elsa and her traveling circus show. Also, this season is inspired by the 1932 movie Freaks. Also, Mat Fraser, Jyoti Amge, and Rose Siggins were cast.
On the other hand, this season is another one that received mixed reviews. At the same time, it was mired in controversy in terms of its representation. Also, there were disabled writers who spoke out against and in favor of the season. Within the season, Twisty the Clown was included. A renowned actor who has a penchant for violence.
The best moments that the Friends special left us.
1984, season 9
Overall, 1984 is a messy and chaotic season. This takes place at a summer camp and is based on a litany of horror tropes. In fact, this season is so surprising that it bites off more than it can chew. However, the only bad thing is that in the end, it loses its focus. But, slasher scares excite any horror movie fan. For example, Friday the 13th or Sleepaway Camp.
Within the recurring cast of this season, Billie Lourd appears playing Montana. She is a horny maniac considered the highlight of the entire season.
Coven, Season 3 – American Horror Story
In every season of American Horror Story, Sarah Paulson is a high point. In fact, Cordelia, in season 3, is one of her best roles yet. It is about a character who leads a coven of witches located in New Orleans. She is a mother figure who has a sweet character and who seeks a connection between them. Plus, she and Misty Day, Angela Basset, and the others make this season a celebration of girl power.

Apocalypse, season 8
Of all the seasons, this could be considered the best. But, many fans consider her as one of the most attractive and fun of AHS. There was a time when producers promised to connect the previous seven seasons. However, that was possible with the arrival of Revelation. This season brought together the most interesting seasons and some previous characters from American Horror Story.
When the antichrist was born, it incited a nuclear war, therefore, only a few survivors were left alive. There Cordelia and the witches of Coven intervene to find a way to stop him.
Simply put, this season is silly and cheesy. And at the same time, it’s less creepy than others. Also, this works perfectly as it creates fun connections between seasons. Instead of scares that could disturb the fans.
Asylum, season 2
Asylum is a season that is led by Jessica Lange as Sister Jude. She is an intense and controlling nun who must lead Briarcliff Manor. This place is an unpleasant institution that houses a large number of patients. Mainly known as crazy criminals. Investigations were being carried out on the premises into what happened. And at the same time, in the 60s they were still accepting patients.
On the other hand, Asylum includes the most prominent scares of AHS. Mainly the serial killer Bloody Face and James Cromwell’s creepy Dr. Arden. Also, this season highlights Murphy’s willingness to take things to the extreme. But, in a weird, sassy, and entertaining way that hardly ever works.
Murder House, season 1
Murder House started it all when we were introduced to Tate and Constance Langdon, Violet Harmon, and other ghosts. Without a doubt, this season is American Horror Story at its finest. In fact, it explores entire decades of trauma set in the Los Angeles home.
The whole show started off with a bang and terrifying highs this season. Also, none of this has been overshadowed in any other season.
